We offer 15-yard and 20-yard roll-off dumpsters. The 15-yard is good for smaller cleanouts or remodels, while the 20-yard handles bigger jobs like roofing or whole-house junk. Our size guide matches the box to your project, or give Jason a call and he can help you figure out the right one.
Our pricing is flat and upfront, with no hidden fees. A 15-yard is $450 for 7 days. A 20-yard is $375 for 3 days or $475 for 7 days, each including pickup and disposal of up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of weight. The monthly is $649, billed at $85 per ton plus at least one $250 swap-out. Every rental adds a small mileage-based delivery fee shown when you book. The pricing page breaks down every option.
Standard rentals are for 3 or 7 days, depending on the size you pick. If you need it longer, extra days are $50 each. Just let us know.
Each rental includes up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of weight. If you go over, it's $85 per ton in Jefferson, Hamblen, and Cocke County. For Sevierville, Knoxville, Kodak, and Seymour, it's $125 per ton. We charge by exact scale weight, never rounded up.
You can put in household junk, furniture, construction debris, roofing shingles, yard waste, carpet, appliances (fridges and AC units included), and electronics. We can't take concrete, dirt, wet paint, oils, solvents, chemicals, batteries, tires, propane tanks, asbestos, or any other hazardous material. The acceptable items page has the full list. We'll put the dumpster right where you want it, even in tight or fenced spots. Ask about our rolliskates when you book, pads that spread the box's weight to protect your driveway or any other surface. The dumpster footprint is about 15 feet long by 8 feet wide.
On your own driveway or private property, no. If the dumpster has to sit on a public street or right-of-way, the town may require a permit, and the rules differ between Dandridge, Jefferson City, and the county. Our permit guide covers each one, and Jason has checked placement rules with the city for customers before.
We offer same-day and next-day delivery whenever we can. It's best to call us as soon as you know you'll need a dumpster.
If you don't need a full dumpster, we can do curbside pickup. We bring the truck, you load your pile for up to 25 minutes, and we haul it straight off. It's $240 with 1,000 lbs of weight included, then $1.75 for every minute after that.
