We keep it simple with two roll-off sizes and a curbside pickup, so picking one is easy. Tap the project that sounds closest to yours and we'll point you to the right size for a job in Dandridge or anywhere in Jefferson County. Still stuck? Jason will size it for you on the phone at (865) 352-1889.
Every rental includes pickup and disposal of up to 1 ton of weight.
| Option | Dimensions | Holds | Best for | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20-yard | 15 × 8 × 4.25 ft | ~7–8 truck loads | Cleanouts, remodels, roofing, construction | $375+ |
| 15-yard | 15 × 8 × 3.5 ft | ~5–6 truck loads | Smaller jobs; one box, call for availability | $450 |
| Curbside | Truck pickup | One pile | A single stack, quick load-out | $240 |
When you're between sizes, go bigger. The jump from a 15 to a 20-yard is small, and it's almost always cheaper than filling up and paying for a second haul. For a firm price on any of these, see our pricing page or just call.
The 20-yard is our workhorse and the box we run most, and it fits on a residential driveway just fine. We also keep one 15-yard, the original dumpster the company started with, that rents out when it's not on a job, so it's first come, first served. Both boxes share the same 15-foot-long, 8-foot-wide footprint. The 20 is just a foot taller, 4.25 feet versus 3.5.
A 15-yard holds about 5 to 6 pickup truck loads. The 20-yard holds about 7 to 8. And here's the honest math: the 20-yard 3-day rental at $375 is our lowest price, less than the 15-yard's $450 for 7 days. So unless you specifically want the lower walls and a full week, the bigger box is usually the cheaper call.
Every rental includes up to 1 ton of weight. Bulky but light stuff like furniture, cardboard, and insulation fills the box before it hits the weight limit. Dense stuff like shingles, plaster, tile, and wet wood hits the weight limit before the box looks full. Our what-goes-in list covers the materials themselves.
For roof tear-offs, weight is the whole game. A single layer of architectural shingles runs about 325 pounds per square. That's why we built the shingle weight calculator. If you're still unsure, call or text Jason at (865) 352-1889 with what you're working on. He'll size it in one minute.
