The 3-day and 7-day rentals include up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs). Go over and it's $85 per ton in Jefferson, Hamblen, and Cocke County, or $125 per ton farther out. The monthly has no weight allowance; all disposal is $85 per ton. We charge the exact weight off the scale, never rounded up.
Need more time? Extra rental days are $50 each. The monthly 20-yard runs $649 plus at least one swap-out at $250, which is how a full box gets traded for an empty one mid-project.

Every rental includes pickup and disposal of up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of weight. You pick the spot, we drop the box, you fill it, and we haul it away when you're done. Delivery is a small mileage-based fee from our Dandridge yard, added when you book so folks farther out aren't baked into everyone's price. If you need the dumpster longer than the rental period, extra days are $50 each. The price we quote you on the phone is the complete price you'll pay.
If you go over the included ton, it's $85 per extra ton inside Jefferson, Hamblen, and Cocke County, and $125 per ton farther out in places like Sevierville, Knoxville, Kodak, and Seymour. We bill from the actual scale ticket at the landfill, the exact weight, never rounded up. Jason photographs the box at drop-off and sends the pictures and the scale ticket with your invoice, so you see the same number we saw.
A full 20-yard of household junk usually stays near the included ton. Heavy material like shingles or plaster is what goes over. (Concrete and dirt can't go in at all; they overload the truck.) Roofers can estimate tear-off weight ahead of time with our shingle weight calculator.
The 20-yard 3-day rental at $375 is our lowest price and our most popular rental, right for any job where the debris is ready to load, from a garage cleanout to a roof tear-off. The 20-yard 7-day at $475 handles whole-home cleanouts, bigger remodels, and construction debris when you need the week. For long projects, ask about the monthly at $649 plus a $250 swap-out. We also keep one 15-yard box at $450 for 7 days with lower walls that's easiest to load by hand; it's first come, first served, so call to check. Curbside pickup at $240 means we bring the truck, you load your pile in a 25-minute window, and we haul it straight off with 1,000 lbs of weight included; it's $1.75 per minute past 25.
