These terms cover your rental of a roll-off dumpster or related service from Dandy Ridge Dumpsters. By booking with us, you agree to them.
Rental period and pricing
Prices and rental periods are listed on our pricing page and are the prices in effect at the time of booking. Every rental includes pickup and disposal of up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of weight, plus a small mileage-based delivery fee shown when you book. Extra days are $50 each. Weight over the included ton is billed from the exact scale weight at $85 per ton in Jefferson, Hamblen, and Cocke County, or $125 per ton farther out.
Placement and access
You are responsible for making sure there is safe, legal, and clear access for our truck to deliver and pick up the dumpster, and for having the right to place it where you ask. We take care to protect your property and offer weight-spreading rolliskates, but we are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or underground lines that results from placement you request.
What can and can't go in
Prohibited materials (including hazardous waste, wet paint, oils, solvents, chemicals, batteries, tires, propane tanks, and asbestos) may not be placed in the dumpster. See our what goes in page. You are responsible for any extra costs or fines caused by prohibited materials in your load.
Weight and overage
Loads must be level with the top of the container for safe, legal transport. Overweight or overfilled loads may require you to remove material before pickup. Overage weight is charged as described above.
Payment
Payment is due as arranged at booking. You are responsible for the rental charges, any overage, extra days, and any costs from prohibited materials or damage caused by misuse.
